Extra Curricular Activities
Dance - Dancing helps even the youngest child express themself with music and movement. Whether it is free interpretation or choreographed movements, Kids ‘R’ Kids Academy is proud to partner with Creative Dance Expressions to offer classes and instruction in dance. Kids love to perform and express themselves with music and movement as they gain a great sense of accomplishment while doing so.
Soccer - Euro Soccer is part of the US Soccer Federation & National Soccer Coaches Association of America. Fun themed games captures the imagination and highly motivates children to suceed. "Fun mini tournaments for ages 5+ and action packed practices cover an array of skills each week such as dribbling, receiving, scoring, and working in teams.
Gymnastics - Gymnastics is a fun and physical activity used for muscular development. We partner with Fit - N - Fun Gymnastics, whose goal is to promote fun, fitness and friendship in a high energy, non-competitive program that boosts Self-Confidence in a safe, nurturing enviornment. Karate - Karate is a mobile program for children ages 3 years and up. Classes last 30 minutes and are held once weekly here at Kids R Kids. The cost is $35.00 a month with a $10.00 annual registration fee. Karate improves strength, coordination,flexibility, balance, motor skills, social skills, and emotional development. Computers - Knowing that our future continues to involve the technology of computers, Kids `R` Kids Academy understands the importance of providing your child with the latest in electronic lessons and games to support the educational themes taught in school. We would like to thank Cyber Kids for offering their program to our children.
Fun Bus - The Fun Bus is a full sized school bus whose seats have all been removed and walls and floor carpeted and padded. The Fun Bus philosophy is to ENHANCE the learning going on inside the classroom and home, using a hands-on approach to FITNESS and making it FUN!
Playball - Playball is an international sport and movement program designed to enhance the physical, intellectual and intellectual and social development of the child, while teaching the fundamentals of six ball sports: Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Tennis, Hockey, and Volleyball.
